When can I book a treatment?
Treatments start in January 2027. You can request an estimate now, and Preston calls you to talk through your car and schedule a day.
Where does Better Feeling Auto Spa work?
From Arlington and Marysville in the north down to Seattle and Bellevue in the south, and the towns along the way, in Snohomish and King counties. If you are not sure you are in range, send a request with your city and Preston will tell you.
Do I need to provide water or power?
Not water: Preston brings his own in a 50-gallon tank. Power is different. He does not carry a generator yet, so he will ask on the call whether there is an outdoor outlet he can use. If you have an outdoor faucet he can reach, he may use that too.
How much does a mobile detail cost?
Every treatment is quoted for your vehicle. Send a request and Preston calls you with an estimate, then confirms the final price when he sees the car. Larger vehicles such as three-row SUVs, trucks and vans cost more because they take longer.
How long does a detail take?
The Deep Tissue, a full interior and exterior detail, takes about two to two and a half hours. The Full Reset, with paint correction and ceramic coating, takes six hours or more, and a large work van can take about eight.
Which treatment should I choose?
If the car has not had a proper clean in a while, start with The Deep Tissue. If it is already in good shape, The Refresh keeps it there. If you want the paint corrected and protected, book The Full Reset once a year.
What kinds of cars do you work on?
Everyday cars. Better Feeling is built for the car your family actually uses: minivans, three-row SUVs, commuter cars, trucks and work vans. You do not need a show car to deserve a proper clean.
Why does Better Feeling call them treatments instead of packages?
Because it is a spa for your car. The Refresh, The Deep Tissue and The Full Reset are named for how deep each one goes, so you can pick by what your car needs instead of decoding bronze, silver and gold.
What is the difference between a car wash and a detail?
A car wash cleans the outside surface quickly. A detail is slower and more thorough, and it covers the places a wash never reaches: inside the cabin, the seams, the cup holders and the trunk, and with The Full Reset, the paint itself.
